Will Gratteau

William Gratteau will be starting his second year coaching at Red Rock. Last year, in his first season with Red Rock, Will helped lead his 15s team to a Girls' Junior National Championship bid.  He has been coaching club volleyball for about 3 years now and has been serving as the girls' freshmen head coach at Cal High.


Will played 4 years of indoor volleyball and graduated from Monte Vista High School in 2021. He played his club volleyball through Bay to Bay out of San Jose, and won a total of 6 medals in 4 years. He was a 3 year varsity starter as well as team captain, helping his high school team take second place in NCS his freshman year. In 2020 he made the all tournament team at nationals and helped lead his team to taking second place in the 17s divisions.


Will is continuing his college education in psychology and hopes to transfer into a UC school in the next two years. In his spare time, he loves hanging out with his friends traveling, playing golf, and going to the beach.
