BOYS INDOOR

Boys Program

Program Summary:

Red Rock presents an exceptional club volleyball program tailored specifically for boys in grades 5 to 12.  Our program comprises two distinct seasons: fall and summer.  Prospective student-athletes have the opportunity to join a team through a tryout process at the commencement of each season.  We offer teams for individuals of all skill levels, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced players.  Our goal is to teach technical volleyball skills and competitive team spirit through our training/practice sessions and tournaments.  We hope to facilitate a rewarding learning environment within a team dynamic for each individual.

Fall Season

During the fall season, teams engage in training/practice sessions 2 or 3 days a week, depending on the specific team.  All teams are schedule to compete in the NCVA Boys Power League in the fall. The season spans from August to January, with tournaments typically located in San Mateo, San Jose, Walnut Creek, and Sacramento.

Mid-Season Break

From January through mid-May each year, a seasonal break occurs to accommodate local middle and high school boys' volleyball.  It is important to note that this break does not signify the conclusion of the club season, as club teams resume training in mid-May once the school season concludes.

Summer Season

The summer season commences with team practices resuming in mid-May.  Similar to the fall season, practices will be 2 or 3 days a week.  Teams may participate in 1 or 2 summer tournaments.  Additionally, the summer season features a "Supplementary" tryout to accommodate any new players who may be interested.  These new players may be integrated into existing teams or newly established ones for the summer.  The regional teams' summer season runs from early May to June, while the Travel teams extend their season from early May to early July.

Financial Commitment:

The Red Rock Boys Club Program fee includes the cost of tournament fees, gym rental/equipment fees, coaching salaries, and administrative fees. The base price is $1,000 - $1,500 for the summer season and $4,000 - $5,000 for the fall season depending on the team. Additional charges may apply on a yearly basis, depending on the tournament schedule.  It is important to note that the price does not include individual player travel, food, hotel expenses, or NCVA/AAU membership.

Practice Locations:

Dublin High School in Dublin, CA or The Seven Hills School in Walnut Creek.
