Wayne joined Red Rock in 2018 and is the current girl’s varsity assistant coach at Miramonte High School. Last season Wayne coached the 14-2 team in Danville that finished the season in the top 20 in Northern California. Wayne has 14 years of club coaching experience across all age groups in the tri-valley/lamorinda area and is highly respected by those that he has coached and mentored over the years. Wayne also spent 11 years coaching for the girl’s program at Monte Vista in Danville, including JV girl’s head coach winning the season and top finishes in their tournaments, freshman head coach, and first varsity assistant on the girl's varsity volleyball team.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, landscaping and construction.
