A Bay Area native, Jessica has a background of over ten years volleyball experience developed through her time playing at premier volleyball clubs and competitive high school play. While well-skilled in all aspects of volleyball, she especially flourishes in defense – previously, she was American Canyon High School's Varsity Volleyball libero for three years. During such time, she was awarded SCAC All-League for all three years, and All-County Defensive Player of the Year in 2018. While Jessica did not continue competitive volleyball following high school, she continued to progress her passion of volleyball through coaching motivated players that range from middle schoolers to college students. As a coach, Jessica is inspired to help players enhance their volleyball IQ, while also aiming to help players further develop confidence as a player and person.

Professionally, Jessica exercises her passion of sustainable agriculture as a researcher for Fyto, Inc. She recently received her B.S. in Agricultural Plant Sciences from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. During her free time, she enjoys playing with her dogs, driving along Highway 1, and playing the piano.
