Isabella de Leon

Bella is embarking on her new role as a coach at Red Rock, marking a new beginning of her coaching journey. Previously, she was at Arcadia Foothill Volleyball Club situated in Los Angeles. During her tenure there, she coached teams consisting of players aged 17, 15, and 12.


Bella has been actively involved in the sport for 8 years. Throughout this time, she has showcased her versatility by playing in various positions. In her freshman year of high school, she demonstrated her talent and earned a position on varsity. From her freshman to senior year, Bella showcased her skills as a middle, opposite, and outside hitter. Displaying exceptional performance, she received notable accolades including the League MVP, All Bay Area Athlete of the Week, and the honor of team captain during her senior year.


Following her successful high school career, Bella made the decision to continue playing volleyball at Providence Christian College. Unfortunately, a few games into her freshman year, she suffered an ACL tear. As a result, she ultimately opted to retire from playing the sport. However, Bella's passion for volleyball didn't waver and she found solace in coaching, rekindling her love for the game once again.
