Mona Fox

Mona attended college at Oklahoma City University while it was still classified as a NCAA Div 1 sport’s affiliate. As a Freshman she earned the distinction of being the only walk-on player for the girls volleyball team that season. The connection between mind, body, and spirit has been woven into her life ever since early college days into a long career in the healing arts. With NCBTM credentials Mona has worked for several Chiropractic offices, Elisa’s Health Spa, Crunch Fitness and now within her own private practice.

When she moved to Walnut Creek with her family, she enrolled her daughters in the local LMYA league and agreed to be a coach. For four years her teams finished among the top teams for their season, including a first place win and a near perfect record, losing only one set the whole season. Coaching for Stanley Middle School for three years has garnered her similar success. Stanley’s teams are fiercely competitive and often see their players go on to play at the high school level. Last season her eighth grade team finished the regular season undefeated.

Transitioning into club volleyball in 2023, she coached the Red Rocks Pebbles and Fall Ball programs in Danville. Building on that, she is excited to be coaching the 11s team for the 24-25 season. Mona has a strong commitment to developing fundamentals of volleyball along with building confidence and developing character which translates both on and off the court.
