Apple started her club volleyball career in 5th grade playing for Club Solano and played club for them until her senior year of high school. During her time there, she gained experience playing as libero, right side, and setter. She also played for American Canyon High School where she won a couple different accolades there including Most Outstanding Player and the WolfPack Leader Award. She is also currently the Assistant Coach for the JV team at American Canyon High school this year. After high school, she attended California State University Long Beach where she also played for the Women’s Club volleyball team there as a DS and right side.

She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport Psychology at CSULB. She is very passionate about mental health within sports and hopes to pursue a career as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant for athletes. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, watching sports, hiking, and working out.
